On demand policy

This policy applies to products in the On demand section of Redline Japan. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, the Shipping Policy and the Returns policy.

1. What On demand means

Products in the On demand section are authentic Japanese PSA 10 cards. They are not already in our warehouse, but they are reserved as soon as the order is placed and shipped to us directly from Japan. The order is shipped to the customer as soon as the goods reach our warehouse.

2. The photo and the card you receive

The product image may show the card in raw condition but, unless expressly stated otherwise, a product in the On demand section is a PSA 10 graded card.

3. Delivery time

Delivery to the customer is expected within 25 days of the order. It may vary because of factors such as national holidays in Japan, customs clearance times and the destination. Shipping costs and destinations are listed on the shipping policy page.

4. Mixed orders

If an order contains an On demand product and a pre-order product, or an On demand product and a product already in stock, the whole order is fulfilled when every product in it is in our warehouse. The shipment is not split for a single order.

5. Exceptions and availability

If an ordered card is no longer available, the customer is contacted and the amount of the cancelled items is refunded in full, as set out in the Terms of Service.

If a transaction appears suspicious, Redline Japan reserves the right to cancel the order and refund it.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds follow the returns policy on its dedicated page. On demand items follow the same rules as the other items in the store.
