These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the online store Redline Japan at redlinejapan.com. By browsing or placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Seller

The seller is REDLINE DI CELESTE FILOMENO, sole proprietorship, trading as Redline Japan, VAT ID 02814660748, registered address Via Giuseppe Attoma 21, 72015 Fasano, Italy, email info@redlinejapan.com.

2. Products and availability

We sell trading cards, collectibles, magazines, figures and related products. Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on each product page. Stock and pre-order availability may change. Pre-order items ship according to the timeline stated on the product page or in related store communications.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where due, unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify and available payment providers. An order is confirmed after successful payment authorization.

4. Orders

By completing checkout you offer to buy the selected items. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs, destinations and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss generally passes to the customer when the package is delivered, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, layout, logos and images owned by Redline Japan) is protected. Product brands, characters and artwork remain property of their respective rights holders. Nothing on the store transfers those rights to customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Japan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the store or from delayed delivery caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers in the EU may also benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence where required by law.
