Shipping policy

Redline Japan ships within Italy and across Europe under the rates and conditions below.
1. Shipping costs
Italy
- Express: €6.90 (1-3 business days after dispatch)
- Standard: €5.90 (2-5 business days after dispatch)
Europe
- Standard: €9.90 (2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the country)
Shipping is free on orders of €120 or more (threshold based on order value, after discounts applied at checkout according to store rules).
2. Processing and delivery times
For products in stock (not pre-order), orders are fulfilled and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.
Delivery times above are estimated after dispatch and depend on the carrier and destination. For pre-orders or items with a release date, shipping starts once the product is available.
Mixed orders (pre-orders + other items): if an order contains one or more pre-order items together with in-stock items, the entire order is fulfilled and shipped only when the pre-order item(s) become available. We do not split the shipment: in-stock items wait with the pre-order.
3. Packaging
Products (cards, boxes, graded items and merch) are packed carefully to limit transit damage. Keep packaging until you have fully checked the goods.
4. Shipping within Europe
For destinations in the European Union, no additional duties, customs charges or import fees apply on delivery. The shipping rates above are the amounts charged at checkout for the selected service.
5. Delays, losses and damage
If the parcel does not arrive within the tracking estimate, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at info@redlinejapan.com with photos and your order number. We will assist with the carrier.
